Directions to Farm

From North (Hwy 146)

From Hwy 30, take the exit for Hwy 146 S towards Le Grand/Grinnell. Continue south, passing through the town of Gilman and going around a big curve shortly after Gilman. As you begin to approach Grinnell, the road will narrow as you pass under a railroad bridge. The farmstead is the next one on the left after this bridge, about ½ mile. You can see the high tunnel and fields to the left of the windbreak trees. There are two driveways – take the second one. Drive straight towards the blue barn. Follow driveway as it curves between blue barn and red metal building, where you’ll find parking spaces.

From Grinnell / South (I-80)

Take Exit 182 off of I-80. Turn onto Hwy 146 N towards Grinnell (left off of I-80 E ramp, right off of I-80 W ramp).  Drive all the way through Grinnell, going through several stoplights and the intersection with Route 6 (last stoplight in Grinnell). About a mile north of intersection with Route 6, you will reach edge of town (16th Ave). Farmstead is located 2/3 mile north of town, the second farmstead on the right (look for the blue barn). Turn right into driveway with the “Middle Way Farm” sign. Drive straight towards the blue barn. Follow driveway as it curves between blue barn and red metal building, where you’ll find parking spaces.
